WHAT’S INCLUDED. Each hat arrives pre-branded with your guest’s initials and ready to customize. Your Hat Bar Box also includes a curated assortment of ribbons, leather cords, feathers, charms and cards, plus host setup instructions and individual guest styling cards.

HOW IT WORKS. Choose your hat colors and submit the initials for each guest. We’ll brand, prep and package everything so your Hat Bar is ready to set up when it arrives.

FIT. Our suede cowboy hats feature an adjustable inner band to help create a comfortable fit for a range of head sizes.

GOOD TO KNOW. Hat colors and accessories are curated based on your selections and may vary slightly based on availability. Each box is prepared specifically for your event.

Each Hat Bar Box is made specifically for your event, including custom-branded hats and curated materials. Because of the personalized nature of each order, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or missing an item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Please double-check all initials, quantities, colors and personalization details before submitting your order. Once production begins, personalization cannot be changed.

Each Hat Bar Box is custom-prepared for your event and ships nationwide via UPS.

Please allow time for personalization, branding and packing before your order ships. Once your box is on the way, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.
